Individual Therapy (50 minute session)

This one-on-one session offers a focused space to explore personal challenges, build insight, and work toward meaningful change. Sessions are tailored to your needs, pace, and therapeutic goals.

$100-150/hr

Couples/Family Therapy (50 minute session)

These sessions support communication, conflict resolution, and relationship repair within couples or family units. We work collaboratively to strengthen understanding and create healthier patterns.

$100-150/hr

Extended Sessions (Optional: 100 minute session)

Longer sessions may be useful for clients needing more time to explore complex issues. They are ideal for deeper work or to accommodate scheduling needs.

Fee Overview

Payment Methods

Payment is due at the end of each session. Accepted methods:

    • Credit card
    • E-transfer
    • Debit
    • [Optional: Direct billing if applicable]

Insurance & Reimbursement

Many extended health benefits cover counselling or therapy provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). I provide receipts with my registration number for you to submit to your insurer.

Before starting therapy, check your insurance plan for:

    • Coverage for “Registered Social Worker” or “MSW”
    • Annual coverage limits
    • Any requirements for physician referral

Sliding Scale Options

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to help make therapy more accessible. Sliding scale rates are based on financial need and personal circumstances. If cost is a barrier, feel free to reach out—we can have a brief conversation to see if a reduced rate is available.

Cancellation Policy

I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be billed at the full session rate.
